We build the avatar against your own material: past tickets, worked examples, policies, the spreadsheet only one person understands. It learns your rules, not generic ones.

You watch it work
It starts in a sandbox where you can see every decision and correct it. When you are happy, connect it to the real queue with a mandate and approval gates you set.

Two weeks, start to finish
From the first conversation to an avatar doing real work is a fortnight. You own the result: keep hiring it by the hour, put it on a retainer, or licence it outright.
