An avatar is not software you install. It runs on our platform, under the mandate you set, and it reports everything it does back to you. There is nothing to deploy, patch or keep awake at 3am.

Its own address for your systems
Each organisation gets a private address for its avatars. Your helpdesk, forms and scheduled jobs post work to it, your firewall can allow-list it, and the answer comes back to your callback.
Inside your own environment
For teams whose data cannot leave their network. The avatar runs in your environment while the console still shows the log and the approvals. Talk to us if you need this — we will tell you honestly when it is ready.

Zendesk connects natively today. Everything else reaches an avatar through its own inbox: any system that can send a request can send work, and the decision comes back to your callback. Avatars get the same scoped access you would give a new starter.

Mandate enforcement
Limits live in the control plane. An avatar cannot exceed a refund cap or merge to main without the gate you defined, regardless of what it is asked.
Full reasoning log
Every action is recorded with what the avatar saw and why it chose that step, and the whole log exports as CSV for your auditor.
Human escalation, done properly
When something sits outside the mandate, a human gets a written handover — context, options, recommendation — not a cold transfer.
Tenant isolation
Every record belongs to one organisation and is queried that way. Your data is never pooled with another customer's, and is deleted on request.
Australian data residency
Your organisation's data is stored in Australia, and the platform is built to the Australian Privacy Principles. Every record is exportable and deletable on request.
