Questions people actually ask
What does “own outright” actually mean?
You receive a perpetual licence to that avatar's weights and skill set, deployed into your own tenant (or your own cloud). It keeps working if you stop paying us. Updates and re-training are optional add-ons.
Is GST included?
No. All prices are AUD and ex GST. Australian customers will see 10% GST added on the invoice; overseas customers with a valid tax ID are not charged GST.
What counts as an “active minute” on hourly?
A minute in which the avatar is executing a task — reading, reasoning, acting in a tool. Idle time waiting on a queue or a human approval is free.
Can I switch an avatar from hourly to retainer to owned?
Yes, at any point. Hourly and retainer spend in the last 90 days is credited against a licence purchase for the same avatar.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is deleted from our systems within 24 hours of the request, with a written confirmation. Nothing you gave us is ever used to train another customer's avatar.
Do avatars replace people or work alongside them?
That is your call, and it varies by role. Most customers start by giving avatars the volume work — overnight tickets, reconciliations, first-pass code review — and moving people onto the judgement calls. Some replace whole functions. The platform supports either; the mandate you set decides.
